Every child has 7 magical powers since birth. The course leader - Anika Haiß - supports the children on their journey of discovery and helps them to fully develop their inherent magic powers. From magic thread to magic roots, the children can try out everything.

Mindfulness workshop
Be free, be happy and be yourselves.
A special feature of this week are the two sessions for adults only. During this time-out, the adults can also find peace and restore their inner balance. They can listen to themselves, consciously feel their feelings and train their perception. Relaxation exercises are carried out and guided to promote perception.
The children learn to be mindful of themselves and the environment, they learn to deal with feelings and to be allowed to make mistakes. During this week, the children can find their inner centre with yoga exercises, songs, massages, games, worksheets and meditations.
The beginning is mindfulness in nature. Every day different magical powers can be discovered. At the end of this course there is a joint session with adults and the children.
In summary, the course can help to recognise one's own potential and build self-worth.
