Anticipation of your stay can be interrupted by an unexpected event. You cannot travel and have to cancel.

Until 3 months before arrivla you can cancel your bookings free of charge.  Once this period has passed we have to charge you a cancellation fee.

3 month to 1 month before arrival day 40% of agreed total costs of the stay
1 month to 1 week before arrival day 70%
last week before arrival day 90%

Together with the Europäische Reiseversicherungs AG or the Reiserücktrittsversicherung Travel Secure we can offer you an attractive abandonment and cancellation insurance. If you wish to benefit from this offer, please inform us when you make your booking. We will be happy to provide you with further details.
